I think the obvious question is why do you feel down, or perhaps despondent? I think your smoking habit is a reaction to your feelings. Yo;r28#17u&e emotionally stressed, therefore you smoke. Yes, you should stop smoking for health reasons. But even if you somehow cease to smoke soon, you will still have the unresolved emotional stressor that causes your need to smoke.So what is that stressor? Why do you feel down? Once you figure it out, you can seek to change it. It may help to ease your smoking habit.Kick some stress ass. <3
